Engineering & Certification
Avianor has an In-House Engineering & Certification group capable of issuing TCCA, FAA, EASA and foreign approvals for cabin interiors. Our strong multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, delegates, methods, planning, procurement, quality, logistic and technicians offers turn-key solutions for integration services for fleet retrofit programs, cabin modification for aircraft transitions, modification and repair of existing seats and interior products and development of new cabin components.
Supporting our customers throughout the entire process, Avianor excels at delivering successful integration programs. Through our creative, flexible and dynamic approach, we ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and work together. Our senior management team ensures that modification kits are delivered on time, and adequate support is provided until certification is released and project is completed. Avianor is a trusted global provider of aircraft seats and interior products for cabin modifications and maintenance, supporting our own projects as well as those of integrators, airlines, lessors and MROs worldwide. Our online categorized inventory makes it easy for engineers and buyers to find the right parts. Committed to sustainability, we give a second life to used parts by repurposing materials that would otherwise be discarded, promoting a circular economy while reducing waste and environmental impact.
With over 100,000 square feet of warehousing in North America and Europe, Avianor provides acquisition, consignment, and storage solutions. We buy and sell teardown interior materials and aircraft reconfiguration surplus, offering over 15,000-line items through major marketplaces such as ILS, AeroXchange, and StockMarket.aero. Our expertise includes supplying full shipsets of seats and our in-house engineering team can develop new LOPAs to support aircraft reconfiguration projects. Manufacturing
With its multidisciplinary teams, state of the art facility and advanced equipment, Avianor manufactures a variety of aircraft interior items. Whether it’s for a one-off or a large-scale production, Avianor aims to provide the best tailored products to airlines, integrators, and OEMs. Avianor offers product development services, but we are also delighted to work with third party design organisations. Being a CAR 561 approved TCCA organisation, as well as FAA and EASA, parts manufactured by Avianor are fully inspected, tested and certified.

Avianor is a seat TSO holder for pilot, copilot, observer, and specialized seats. They are approved for installation on the De Havilland Canada Aerial Firefighter (CL-215, CL-415, and CL-515) and on various special-mission and military aircraft. Esthetical or structural customization to meet operational needs are available. Avianor can create and develop new TSO seats upon request.
Avianor delivers premium dress covers and cushions for passenger, flight attendant and crew seats. Our expert sewers can create patterns for non-OEM seats, work with leather, artificial leather and fabric, are able to integrate padding or lamination, and add branding element, such as embroidery, embossing and printing to the covers. A temperature- and humidity-controlled room adjacent to the sewing shop allows for long-term storage of BFE, fire-treated leather.
Avianor offers a wide range of partition and class divider solutions. Our composite shop has the expertise to work on intricate shapes integrating features, such as joggles, windows, electrical provisions, blades and curtain rails. Our partitions and dividers are engineered with versatile customization to meet the customer’s operational needs.
From galleys and stowage units to entertainment cabinets, Avianor excels in creating high-quality monuments. Customization options allow us to meet unique airline specifications while maintaining a focus on quality and operational efficiency across a wide variety of aircraft types.
Avianor provides a full range of curtain assembly solutions for all aircraft types. The fully integrated system consists of the header, rail, sliders, fixed or movable attachment system, curtains and tiebacks. Our curtains are fully customizable, from color and thickness to length and number of folds. Crew rest, soundproof, weather-resistant, smoke, and light-blocking curtains are some of the specialized curtains that are manufactured at Avianor for commercial, or special-mission and military aircraft.
The aircraft emergency equipment layout is being reconfigured, or additional bins are being installed? Avianor has the bin dividers and end caps required to meet your needs. Our products, painted to match the aircraft interior, are designed to provide a cost-effective and short lead time approach to maximize available overhead bin space.
Avianor manufactures customized emergency equipment brackets, optimizing the limited space within the aircraft. Our solutions come with complete installation kits.

The seat blockers are easy to install for the crew and provide passengers with a practical surface for additional convenience. Lightweight and foldable, these seat blockers are a smart, cost-effective way to improve passenger comfort.
Our unique, lightweight, cost-effective, clear seat life vest pouch is approved on 9g and 16g seats. Our solution reduces life vest inspection time and can be sealed to comply with regulations. Avianor also offers a range of customizable cabin pouches, designed to optimize space in the cabin interior and cockpit.
With its cut and sew, foam, composite, sheet metal, machine, material treatment, paint, electrical, structural, and assembly shops, Avianor can manufacture and certify customer products in-house. Whether it’s for a one-off product or a large-scale production, our method team will facilitate the industrialisation process from start to finish, ensuring high quality standards are met.
Maintenance and Modification of Seats and Interiors
Avianor is authorized to perform modification, maintenance, repair and overhaul on aircraft seats and interior products such as cabin furnishings, PSU, IFE/ISPS systems and galley equipment. We perform vendor upgrades (SB, AD and mod packages) and tag unserviceable parts supplied by customers worldwide to bring them to an airworthy condition. For damages outside of approved data, Avianor’s engineering team develops cost-effective repair solutions and modification packages. Our hangars and Interior shops are located on the same premise, offering integrated maintenance services. When it is not possible to send the material to Avianor’s facility, a specialized team can be deployed.
Avianor specializes in seat maintenance and modification services. More than 1000 PAX can be worked on at once in Avianor’s well-equipped seat shop. Our workforce has a broad experience with mechanical, electrical, business, economy, and crew seats from multiple OEMs. Whether it is for a simple cleaning or an extensive modification, seats always come out of our shop in pristine condition.
We provide complete maintenance and modification services on all parts in the PSU channel, such as PSUs, spacer panels, air gaspers and oxygen boxes.
Avianor offers maintenance per aircraft documentation for interior linings and overhead bins. Our team specializes in composite structural repairs, aesthetic refurbishments, and parts replacement.
Avianor can test, repair and certify many types of ISPS and IFE components.
Being a monument and partition OEM, the Avianor team brings years of experience in maintenance and modification of composite assemblies.
Avianor is a galley modification and maintenance specialist. We can install, remove and replace galley inserts and standard units to align with catering requirements and operational needs. We can also accomplish electrical, esthetical, structural and composite repairs and modifications, developed by Avianor or the OEM.
